Always Ready to Help
The BlitzDocs® support team is dedicated to providing technical support and services
directly to our customers. Our technical team offers two types of support - Standard
Technical Support and After Hours Support.
Standard Technical Support - with standard technical
support, all services and duration of support are outlined in a customer
contract.
After Hours Support - After hours support contracts
provide extended support for a five or seven-day week. This service
allows for support and maintenance during the later stages of implementation
and ensures each BlitzDocs customer has a resource to contact whenever
problems arise.
Broker/Affiliate Setup and Support -
If you are interested in becoming a lender-sponsored BlitzDocs user for loan
origination and electronic document submission, please
contact your lender's account executive to initiate the
process of obtaining your login credentials.

To take full advantage of all of BlitzDocs features you will need
to make sure you have the proper software installed and setup.

1. Click on the "Customer Login" button in the upper right
corner of the BlitzDocs web page.
2. Enter the login information provided to you into the following
